TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE HIRE OF THE VESTRY PRIVATE BAR SPACE
AT FORTRESS STUDIOS

The hire of the bar area is £300.00 payable in advance.
The cost of hire increases to £350.00 if you are having live entertainment.
This is because of PA requirements. In the event of live entertainment, please note
that we do not provide back line equipment.
Entrance to your party is by invitation only.
No cash will be taken on the door and ID can be requested by the doorperson.
Full names must be provided prior to the party on an alphabetically written guest list.
Please be advised that ‘plus one’s’ are not acceptable.
Any Public Website or Magazine Advertising will result in Cancellation.
You can invite a maximum of 175 guests.
The party should start at 10pm and close at 4am unless otherwise agreed.
FORTRESS will provide:
2 security staff,
2 bar staff,
1 manager / sound engineer,
1 cloakroom assistant (optional).
Equipment provided by the Fortress includes:
2 Technics 1210 decks,
1 Pioneer DJ600 mixer,
1K PA with DJ Foldback monitor,
various lighting, in/out fresh airflow.
Early access for personal decoration – wall hangings etc is available, subject to confirmation.
The management reserves the right to cancel the event at any time should it be seen
that the door policy has not been adhered to.
12. Smoking is now only permitted on the Roof
13 Fortress studios does not provide facilities for infants,
parents are solely responsible for their welfare
